What do you get when you mix a NYC Art Installation and a Japanese Butcher Shop? You get meat balloons.
Each balloon is a hand crafted, hand painted work of art by Balloon Factory ( a project by Object Design League.)
The installation was curated by Sight Unseen for NYC’s NoHo Design District, which takes place during the annual contemporary furniture festival.
Sadly, the balloons are sold out…which dashes my hopes for a meat party this summer. Darn.
They really do look good enough to eat…
